Our Multi-Phase Strategic Approach
2023: Kicked off a comprehensive communications strategy across three critical phases. Initially, we announced the real estate acquisition, developed donor engagement strategies including targeted events and regular communications, and worked with policymakers to secure support for this innovative educational resource.
2024: We managed complete website development, coordinated announcement campaigns, organized exclusive hard hat tours, and expanded the brand through compelling behind-the-scenes videos and strategic digital content.
Early 2025: When construction was complete, we executed a robust launch strategy, coordinating a sophisticated preview cocktail reception for major donors.
April 2025: Leveraging our extensive media relationships, we secured visits from prominent outlets including NBC4. The successful soft-opening reception attended by more than 100 key donors.
